Wings Recruitment has an opportunity for an Assistant Training Manager to join our client based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Our client is a reputable airline operating across New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific who are seeking an Assistant Training Manager to join their team, initially on a fixed term basis with the potential to become permanent.
This position will provide support to the Training Manager and will focus on training planning, training process development, standard operating procedure development, and maintaining operational standards through assessment and development of current operating procedures.
